Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the date of purchase your item to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at service@beautyinacup.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at service@beautyinacup.com.
